Rebooking Information and Dates

Please find below some details and important dates for rebooking your next term of lessons.
Rebooking emails received by 26th Feb
12th March –  Rebooking ends
19th March – Request to changes will be addressed    

How to rebook 

You will receive an email specific to you/ your swimmer, which will identify the class you have been allocated for next term. In order to keep this place please return payment

How to Pay 

You can pay £110 by cash or cheque to the desk or your teacher on site.

Or you can make payment by BACS £110 for the term

Standing order (payment for three terms), £37 over 9 months – must start on 1st or 2nd March

Request to Change
We allocate all existing swimmers a time and day to swim for the new term. If this is not suitable, you are asked to confirm the place/s offered (by payment) and complete a request to change form (RTC). The RTC forms are addressed collectively to ensure we can meet as many requests as possible RTC forms are available and must be returned to the desk.
