The best way to get in touch is via our online form. This is sent to the team and is worked on in order they arrive. If you are a new swimmer please give as much detail as possible. We will try to call you before we email, if you receive an email from us and would prefer to speak on the phone, do let us know.

For current swimmers your responses actually come for a team of Swim teachers that also do admin – this is helpful as they can understand dedicated swimming questions. For questions on term dates please check your venue page first. We really try to keep our calendars as up to date as possible. We recommend you bookmark your venue page, you can find specific updates, any closures, What’s On and term dates.

We aim to respond to all contacts within 48 hours, but sometimes teaching commitments can extend the response time. We apologise if this is the case and we appreciate your patience.

For existing swimmers quoting their Swimmer’s Unique Identification Number (found on the booking email) means we can find your account quicker.
