“SPARE” dates shown in the timetable should be considered part of the timetable. From time to time, it is necessary to change planned lessons during a term when we move the original planned session to a “SPARE” date. When a session is moved to a “SPARE” date we consider the lessons/term as being available and supplied. “SPARE” dates, if not used, are not an extra sessions to scheduled term, and will be closed .

About Reigate Grammar
Reigate Grammar is located on the A25 between Reigate and Redhill. There is free car parking. The school has lovely facilities including a 25-metre indoor pool with changing facilities. We offer swimming lessons on Tuesday and Wednesday evening, Saturday all day and Sunday morning.
Courses
The following courses are available at PoolSchools Reigate Grammar:
- Parent and Child DUCK classes; Swimming lessons for children aged 3-4years old
- Small Group Term Time swimming lessons; children aged 4 +
- Adults swimming lessons; for Non Swimmer to Advanced
- Community Swimming for swimmers who need additional assistance
- Holiday crash courses
How to book (Current Swimmers)
- All existing swimmers are automatically rebooked for swimming lessons in the following term if you have an active Direct Debit in place
- Swimmers without an active Direct Debit will NOT be rebooked
- We will remind you to set up your Direct Debit before rebooking
- Rebooking emails will be issued 3 or 4 weeks before the end of each term
- Rebooking emails include your swimmers class level and time
- Please be aware your time is subject to change. We book swimmer into the closest class to your current time. We will call you if the class time moves more than one hour
- If the class you have been allocated is not suitable you can complete a Request to Change Form – this online and the link to the form will be sent out to you after the rebooking period has begun
- Once the priority rebooking period ends classes will be opened to our waiting lists and new swimmers

How to find the venue
Reigate Grammar School

The school is easy to find. It is situated on the south side of the A25 about a quarter of a mile east of Reigate town centre, between Reigate and Redhill. From Reigate, just follow the A25 towards Redhill for 500 metres, and the entrance is on the right at the top of the hill.
To find the pool:
Turn into the main entrance of Reigate Grammar School. Turn right into a long thin car park and park in a space. The pool is housed within the wooden chalet style building at the far end of the car park. Head down the steps and follow around to the left rear side of the building and access through the changing rooms onto poolside.

Rules / T&Cs
- No mobile phones or cameras in the pool hall.
- Please remove outdoor shoes before entering the pool hall.
- Swimmers must wear swim hats Goggles are optional but should be available
- Girls should wear one piece swimsuits.
- Boys no long baggy trunks please.
- Please arrive promptly for lessons.
- Do not enter the pool if you have consumed food 30 minutes prior to swimming.
- Please use the separate entrance to the changing rooms and enter the poolside from the changing rooms.
- Please respect the gender designation of changing rooms
- Adult Changing – PoolSchools are granted access to our sites and pools by a third party. Changing rooms at all locations are communal. Cubicles are not available. Children under the age of 8 (of the opposite gender) may be in your changing room.
Adults using the changing rooms are requested to consider other bathers and parents supervising young children and adults are requested to consider their behaviour and act accordingly.
Portal Login
Click the link below for the Portal Login. The portal allows you monitor your child’s progress and check the competency chart to see what skills they will learn this term. The parent portal will also display the class level, teacher and time of lesson.
To register you will need to follow the online registration process and the information you enter must match the information you have already provided to PoolSchools. If any of your details have changed or you wish to resubmit your information please send the following details to us via the Contact Page “Existing Swimmer” Tab
