GDPR – The new Act
The new data protection act comes into force on 25th May 2018. This is protect customers and the way businesses use and store your data. We have to ask you, as an existing swimmer, that you are happy to continue to hear from us. Also that you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which have changed to reflect the new requirements.
How and what we communicate
We currently update our swimmers on term dates, unscheduled closures, offers and other courses. We also have automatic rebooking emails for all exiting swimmers. We do not share your information with anyone and it is stored safely within the guidelines.
So we can continue to keep you informed please can we ask you to complete the form and press submit.
Please note: As some our swimmers are under 18, parents/guardians need to accept on their behalf and complete an acceptance per swimmer.
