Rebooking Guide for Swimming After Easter 2020

As long as you have a payment plan in place: You will receive an email in the next week with details on the class we have allocated you for after Easter- so please look out!

How to Rebook

You will receive an email which will identify the class you have been allocated for next term.

If you do not receive an email this means we have not allocated you a space because we have no record of a payment plan in place.

Request to Change

We allocate all existing swimmers a time/day to swim for the new term. If this is not suitable, you are asked to confirm the place/s offered (by payment before the rebooking deadline) and complete an online request to change form (RTC). The RTC forms are addressed collectively to ensure we can meet as many requests as possible.
